The Rotary Club of Bullard was privileged to welcome Jessica Noteware with Compliments of Caroline today.

We were inspired to learn more about Caroline’s beautiful legacy and the incredible work Donor Milk to Go is doing to help families and make a meaningful difference in our community.

As their message reminds us:

Our next Rotary at Lunch will feature Jessica Noteware, founder of Compliments of Caroline. Jessica will share how personal loss inspired a life-giving mission that is helping expand access to donor milk for families across East Texas.

Networking begins at 11:30 AM, lunch is served at noon, and we’ll wrap up by 1:00 PM.

That's exactly why we're launching Rotary at Lunch, a new monthly luncheon held on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Join us on Thursday, August 20 for lunch, networking, and an inspiring presentation from Jessica Domingos, founder of The Evie Effect.

Jessica will share how The Evie Effect is raising awareness surrounding su***de prevention, supporting individuals and families, and creating hope through education, connection, and community involvement.

We welcomed Brandon Adkison, who stopped by to share about his new business in Bullard, On Point Physical Therapy. Brandon introduced the services he offers, his approach to patient care, and his commitment to helping individuals recover, strengthen, and improve their mobility. It was great to hear about a new local business focused on wellness and personalized therapy, and we appreciate him taking the time to connect with our club.

We had a great meeting, hearing from Mark Pelech, who shared an informative and heartfelt presentation on the effects of Alzheimer’s disease and the early signs everyone should be aware of. He emphasized how Alzheimer’s impacts memory, behavior, and daily functioning, and he walked us through the subtle changes that often appear long before a formal diagnosis. Mark also highlighted the importance of early detection, caregiver support, and the resources available through the Alzheimer’s Association for families navigating this difficult journey.
