This Friday is hatch chile day in BUHLER!
We will be set up roasting fresh hatch chiles from New Mexico right here in Buhler, on the corner of 1st and Main at the antique store parking lot 5-8!
We have mild and hot hatch Chiles, $7 a pound freshly roasted!
Hank, the food truck will be serving hatch chile menu items! Hatch Stack burger, loaded hatch chile fries, and loaded hatch white cheddar cheese bites! New this year, hatch chile ranch that is good on EVERYTHING! Raise your hand if you’re coming!
