Something special is coming out of Chef Mike’s kitchen!
This fried chicken was originally created for my Southern Kitchen concept, inspired by my mother’s recipe and the Southern flavors I grew up with. Before it eventually becomes part of the menu at a new culinary project where I’ll be lending my talent to a chef-driven menu, I wanted our Dawg House family to taste it first!

THIS WEEKEND, we’re showcasing Chef Mike’s Famous Fried Chicken fresh chicken, specially marinated and seasoned, hand-breaded and fried golden, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Chef Mike is adding another fresh creation to the gyro lineup:
The all-new Mediterranean Cod Gyro!

Fresh, flaky and Greek seasoned cod tucked into warm pita with crisp lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, fresh dill and creamy tzatziki. Mediterranean freshness with Chef Mike’s seafood touch.

This is just one of the dishes being showcased for the new menu project Chef Mike is developing, where he’ll be bringing together his years in the kitchen, his love of seafood and classic deli flavors.
