We put a lot of love into our Smoked Koju Chicken! 🌺🤙🏽🔥

We start with slow cooking our chicken thighs in the smoker before ripping them with flame to give that sweet & charred flavor. Our homemade Koju Sauce is a mixture of gochujang pepper paste and truffle oil, to give it that depth of flavor you might miss with standard teriyaki bowls!
