We're back at it y'all. Tonight we're at Tonawanda's Gateway Harbor for Food Truck Thursday's 5-8pm. Liana and I are serving up our signature Whole Hog Pork Sammies and Smoked Bison Burgers both come with our new side, Elote Loco (Crazy Corn).Come out and have some fun. And don't forget at Roaming Bison Tavern with Liz and Raymond taking care of y'all.

All right y'all. We're finally back at it. Our 1st show of the 2026 season is here. This Sunday the 17th from 12pm - 3pm we'll be slinging our meat at ya.
At St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute for the 1st (and hopefully many more) SJCI BBQ show down.
