- Mafia Wings - We are pumped for the Bills upcoming season and excited to take inspiration for our “Wing Flavor of the Week” based on the Bills weekly opponent. This weeks flavor is for the Bills Mafia and is a banger for those that like it HOT🔥. Our flavorful and spicy Diablo sauce as a base with added garlic and other secret spices, charred on the grill for a nice Smokey complexity and finished with Parmesan cheese and served with our amazing house made blue cheese. GO BILLS!
