Our traditional Oktoberfest is taking its time—and that’s exactly the point.

This copper colored lager will quietly mature for months to develop the rich malt character, smooth finish, and exceptional drinkability that only patience can provide.

We’ve got ample West Coast Vibes down at the brewery this weekend with 2 FRESH West Coast inspired Belt Line beers and a guest tap from Industrial Arts and Prison City Collab.

-Belt Line Pale Ale- 5.6% - This crisp hoppy Pale Ale utilizing one of our favorite hops, NELSON, and tried-and-true CASCADE, has a balanced malt sweetness to temper the hop bitterness with a clean and crisp finish. Fruity aromatics of white grape and citrus and a clean finish pairs amazing with spicy wings. [pictured below]

-West Coast Flashes- WC IPA- 7.3% - massive West Coast dry hops of CITRA CRYO, CASCADE, MOSAIC, EL DORADO. Harmonious balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness in this clean easy drinking flavorful and aromatic beer.

-Fade Away- WC IPA- 6.6% - Industrial Arts & Prison City collab guest tap. Prominent notes of grapefruit, tangerine, Berry, dry resiny finish.

-Bloody Mary Wing- Chef Pete nailed his weekly assignment with a deliciously flavorful, complex, and balanced spice profile for this iconic cocktail flavor. No vodka for those abstaining BUT for those interested we have a ⭐️BRAND NEW⭐️ Pale Ale just dropped today.

-Belt Line Pale Ale- 5.6%, dry hopped with Nelson and Cascade
Strong Nelson hop aromatics of white grape with a touch of pine, clean balance malt sweetness with a nice dry and subtle bitter finish. A delicious pairing for a spicy wing of the week!
