It’s been looking a little different for us lately; subtle but different.
Extended hours.
New equipment.
More faces.
In a few weeks, Frank (the restaurant) turns eight!
Tonight, we start the process of restructuring back-of-house with the goal of optimizing our kitchen, while also addressing some of the challenges we are facing and the need for increased production.
Bringing this massive stainless table into our space was a good reminder that things take time. When you put your team, partners & customers first, everything can fall into place – maybe in larger and stronger ways than you thought possible.
It’s an exciting time here. Thank you for showing up for us & continuing to champion this small business.
