It was perfect fall day to shoot a promo video greenhouse in ! The highlight of the morning was hanging with some very friendly ponies 🤣

Jason Henry grows hydroponic Bibb lettuce for Buffalo Public schools, along with many of the other school districts in the area. Nice to know that the area students and staff are eating beautiful greens all school year long, even during the winter!

Fabulous Farm to School Friday! Hamburg Middle School held their 1st quarter Jr Chef Challenge in Mrs. Sheri Gund's 8th grade Culinary Class! The theme for this quarter is NY Mac n Cheese! Student teams worked to create a NY Mac N Cheese with a twist! After a field trip to Eden Valley Creamery , followed by an in the classroom tasting of various EVC cheeses last week students got to work. They worked on what NY farm products from our friends at Eden Valley Growers, Inc. Produce Peddlers Inc. Boston Valley Farms Rise'n'Swine Farm LLC Burly Brothers Country Butchery Hanzlian's Homemade Sausage & Deli Upstate Farms would be included with their EVC cheese & pasta!
The Winning recipe~ Bacon and Mac Balls with EVC Horseradish Cheese! Way to go Matt, Addie, Gianna, and Sera! Thank you to our terrific panel of Judges; Jason Cefaly of Eden Valley Creamery, Chef Stephen Forman; Regional Executive Chef for Delaware North & Owner of Thyme-N-Honey , Mr. Berdysiak 8th Grade Teacher at HMS, Kim Abram; Food Service Director HCSD and Mr. Adams; Principal at HMS! All of the students recipes were amazing! Lots more photos to follow!

Had an absolutely fabulous dinner , cooked up by ....here are some of the highlights from their fall menu. They are now open year round, and the dining room is very warm and cozy.....we had the charcuterie, the sausage appetizer featuring Micros from and garlic dill kraut from , the ribeye entree and the short rib entree, along with the Autumn salad and Caesar salad. The cocktails are delicious and fall themed and their wine list fabulous as well!
