It is with heavy hearts and full gratitude that we announce the closure of Allen Burger Venture at the end of January, with our last day of service being January 31 2026.

For over a decade on Allen, we have been incredibly honored to serve Buffalo and the Allentown community. What started as a craft beer bar and burger joint grew into something so much bigger, a place filled with love, community, and family. A place where strangers became regulars, and regulars became friends. Being part of your birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations has been a true privilege.

The Buffalo food scene isn’t what it used to be, and like so many small, independent restaurants, the challenges of these changing times have led us to this difficult decision. While this chapter is coming to an end, what we take with us is overwhelming pride in what we built and deep appreciation for everyone who made it possible.

We want to extend our deepest thanks to our incredible staff, past and present, who became family and were the backbone of everything we created. Your hard work, dedication, and care meant more than words can express. To our neighbors on Allen, your friendship and camaraderie meant everything. And to the friends who stood by us, supported us, and believed in us along the way, thank you.

Most of all, thank you to our community. Thank you to every customer who walked through our doors, every regular who made us part of their routine, and every new face who gave us a try over the years. Your support is what made the last 11 years so special.

Before we say goodbye, we hope you’ll join us one last time in these final weeks. Grab a friend, raise a glass, eat a burger, and share one more story, one more laugh, and one more meal with us.

Our friends from Bolton Landing Brewing Company are coming in hot with 3 amazing beers to pair with some burgers.
