Hey everyone!
This is Dana. I wanted to pop in to make sure you knew about this tournament coming up on the 15th.
This year, it is in honor of Grace Albright, who was a phenomenal girl. She was very special to our family and looked after Clare for us and she was also one of Bison House’s employees. If you had the opportunity to have her wait on you, you know what a pleasure she was to be around.
If you go that day, make sure you wear pink for Grace.🩷 That was her favorite color. Even Dayton will be wearing pink that day.

We’re excited to continue one of Summit Church’s cherished events under a new name and purpose. Formerly the James Townsend Golf Tournament, this event will now be known as the Summit Legacy Memorial Golf Tournament. While James Townsend’s life, faith, and lasting impact on our church family will always be remembered and deeply honored, we look forward to carrying that legacy forward by recognizing a different individual each year whose Christ-centered life, love, and service have left a meaningful mark on our church community.

This year's tournament will be held in memory of Grace Albright, whose extraordinary love, joy, and laughter continue to inspire so many. Join us for a day of golf, fellowship, and remembering a beautiful young lady. A portion of the proceeds will support Cedar Canyon Campground in Grace's honor.

WHEN/WHERE: August 15, 2026 @ Buffalo Golf Course
TEE TIME: 8:00am - Shotgun Start
TOURNAMENT FEE: $100/person or $400/team

I love getting the breakfast sandwich with bacon for breakfast but I don’t always want the bun it comes on. So I often get it on sourdough toast.
It definitely hit the spot today.😋

Breakfast is served every Sunday from 8-1.

A lot of our regulars know that I’m moving in a few days and have asked what will happen with the restaurant. Tomorrow (Sunday) I will be working my last shift and then our head cook, Dayton will be taking over as the restaurant manager. Don’t worry, he’ll still be cooking, but he will also be the one managing everything. This makes me so happy because we worked so hard making the restaurant what it is today and not having to bring in someone new, means things will stay the same.
We have worked together when ordering food, hiring new staff, choosing specials or new menu items and resolving issues that arise. So I know that Dayton is more than capable to keep Bison House as one of your favorite places to eat at.
It was a fun place to work at and I will miss seeing our regulars and getting to chat with all of you.

Speed Goat is transferring from one Beer distributor to another and unfortunately we ran out and won’t have it back in stock until the first week of August. 😩😢💔
So in the meantime, we have Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy on tap. Perfect for these hot days! 🍺 Cheers!
