Meet the Isola 🍋✨

A bright and elegant addition to our Spring/Summer cocktail menu, the Isola combines oolong tea-infused gin, Fred Jerbis Rosolio Bergamotto, fresh lemon, and egg white for a cocktail that is as refreshing as it is refined.

Delicately citrus-forward with subtle floral notes and a silky texture, it’s the perfect sip for a warm evening on the patio or a leisurely dinner with friends.

This cocktail was created by our very own server, Megan Trawinski, as part of the collaborative process behind this season’s menu. We’re proud to showcase the creativity and passion of our team in every glass.

Our 2026 spring/summer cocktail list was a collaborative effort. Servers and bartenders shared ideas and contributed to the development of the cocktails that you will see highlighted on the menu over the next few months. It was a fun process that produced a cocktail list ranging from crushable & thirst quenching to more elegant and refined. We are super proud of the team behind this one!

We gathered for an unforgettable evening celebrating the flavors and wines of Tuscany. 🇮🇹🍷

We were honored to welcome Serena Gusmeri for an intimate, guided experience featuring the wines of Vecchie Terre di Montefili from the heart of Chianti Classico.

The evening included:
✨ A meet and greet with the winemaker

🍴 A 4-course Tuscan-inspired tasting menu including items from , , , .artisanbread, and .

🍷 A curated tasting of three premium Chianti Classico red wines

🍇 Stories, insight, and a deeper connection to the land and craft behind each bottle

It was more than dinner, it was a chance to slow down, savor, and experience Tuscany through food, wine, and conversation.
