To all that ordered pastrami, we decided to let them brine a little longer, so we will smoke Friday the 17th. Orders will be ready the 18th after 1pm. Cya then!!!

Hi ya'll, closing at 4 today! Ribs sold out, chicken almost gone, pulled pork almost gone, 2lbs brisket left. Mac almost gone, collards and green beans a few orders left a few pcs cornbread.

First $70 gets the meat and the cornbread!
