We got some new items for Buena Pho! Cơm tấm (Broken Rice) has more surface area than regular rice to soak up all the sauce and is now available with our BBQ Pork, Lemongrass Chicken, Crispy Tofu, and introducing our Ginger Sesame Salmon! Likewise the Salmon is not only available with the rice, but with the Bun Thit Nuong (Vermacelli Noodle Bowl) and Banh Mi (Sandwich) as well! Come try it out before the summer traffic hits!

Thanks for making us these beautiful signs so people no longer have to wander around our parking lot trying to figure out where we are! What started a few years ago as an occasionally open locals secret has now blossomed into a full restaurant open every day with the same hours as . It's still located inside the pizzeria and shares some of the same staff but has its own menu and will be growing with more offerings and specials moving forward. We've resisted having a sign for so long because we get so busy with the pizzeria that the thought of trying to run two full restaurants in one small building seemed impossible. But as we've continued to grow through word of mouth and all the support from the community, we've been able to hire more staff and afford better equipment to help us keep up with demand. I guess this is how growing a business is supposed to work? Then again, I'm pretty sure most restaurants start off by making a sign in the first place instead of years after their food is already successful... I dunno, I'm just excited to build more cool stuff with my friends 😀.

Introducing the newest additon to our ever growing Buena Pho menu! Nem Nuong (Vietnamese grilled pork patties) are now an option for our already popular Bun Thit Nuong (vermicelli noodle bowl) and Banh Mi (vietnames style sandwich). ALSO, we are now making Gỏi cuốn (Spring Rolls). All protein options are available to be wrapped up and dipped in our creamy savory peanut sauce or fish sauce. My mom also made a limited amount vegan peanut sauce for anyone who prefers to go meatless. Introducing these a few weeks before summer kicks into full swing, so everything is currently in limited supply while we iron out all the kinks. If you want to be sure we have what you want in stock, just call ahead! Come try them out before the crowds get here! Or before we eat them all (food testing).

Remember all those times you used to call to see if we were serving on the weekends, and the answer was always no cause we were typically overrun with giant pizza orders? Well those days are behind us now! (at least until next summer) We are fully staffed for all your pizza AND Vietnamese food needs, all day everyday 11am-8pm. We also have a new Tofu Banh Mi sandwich available starting today, as well as a few other additions coming down the line.

Workshoping a new special this week. Thịt Kho (vietnamese pork and eggs). Braised pork with hardboiled eggs in a savory, salty, and slightly sweet sauce served over rice. Basically, Vietnamese comfort food. Since we are working through new recipe ideas, quantities are very limited (only about 10 bowls). Depending on popularity and feedback, we may make another batch after our next pork shipment comes in tomorrow.

Bò kho is a slow cooked Vietnamese beef stew full of beef, carrots, lemongrass, garlic, and star anise. The dishes' origins are mixed, but the style is reminiscent of Indian, Malaysian, and French cuisines. Our version is my moms own personal take on the recipe. Served with toasted bread or rice noodles. We only made one big pot, so we'll have it until it runs out!
