Ethan and Aleah came into our lives first as guests of the coffee cart at The Post
Aleah helped me push an impossibly heavy cart into a tiny storage room and Ethan and I spoke about his dreams of a bespoke kite business (still in the works). When Ethan started working for us at Little King he became the best one day a week employee we’ve ever had. One day, over a Saturday rush, he told me of their dreams of opening a w**e bar inspired by their time with his family in New Zealand.
Ryan and I immediately knew they would be an incredible team to open a w**e bar at night in the Little King space. They are the kind of people that the hospitality industry is so lucky to hold on to. It has been an honor helping this vision come to life and we cannot wait to share Vic’s W**e Bar with you.
