DJ's Catering, LLC

DJ's Catering, LLC DJs Catering offers a variety of smoked and fried meats, entrees, delectable vegetables, casseroles, salads, finger foods and desserts. Mr.

In 2010, after retiring from the Baton Rouge Police Department, Darrell Johnson had a desire to start a catering business. As a result of that desire, DJs Catering was birthed. DJs Catering offers a variety of smoked and fried meats, entrees, delectable vegetables, casseroles, finger foods and desserts. The smoked meats are cooked on a commercial Southern Pride cooker with pecan wood. The smoke from the pecan wood infuses the meat to give it a very different smoked flavor. Johnson is known for his specialty – White Chocolate Bread Pudding. DJs Catering serves wedding receptions, baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, retirement parties, graduations and seasonal events. We offer on or off-site catering, depending on your specific needs.
