Beijing Bistro is a family-owned Chinese restaurant founded by Eddy Martinez, a Mexican immigrant who arrived in the U.S. After starting his career in Chinese restaurants as a dishwasher, Eddy worked his way up to become the manager at Suzi's Chinese Grill. When Suzi's closed for renovations, he encouraged some coworkers to join him in opening their own Chinese restaurant, which has been successfu
lly operating for over 10 years. Following Eddy's stroke, his children took over the restaurant, now running it alongside many of their cousins who are also employed there. This casual Chinese eatery offers a selection of beer, wine, and sake, and prides itself on serving dishes made fresh to order. Customers can customize their meals to their liking by adding or removing vegetables and proteins. Beijing Bistro is known for its delicious Hot & Sour soup, Sesame Chicken, and their popular Peppercorn Chicken Wings.
