LOTZ OF BBQ STAFF SPOTLIGHT: MEET BRIAN LAIRD!

Today, we want to recognize and show our appreciation for one of our very first team members, Brian Laird!

Brian joined our crew when we first opened our permanent location, and he has become an incredibly important part of Lotz of BBQ.

Today, Brian serves as our Pitmaster, working alongside me. In fact, he’s the first pitmaster I’ve ever fully trusted to handle everything from trimming the meat to the finished product. If you know me, you know how seriously I take my barbecue. That trust doesn’t come easily!

I have to admit, Brian has taken a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Knowing I can trust him to maintain our standards allows me to focus on other responsibilities and continue growing this business.

What I appreciate most about Brian is his willingness to learn. He’s always eager to improve, never afraid of hard work, and continues getting better with every cook. That’s exactly the kind of dedication I value on my team.

Brian, thank you for your hard work, loyalty, and dedication to Lotz of BBQ. I’m proud to have you as our pitmaster, and I’m excited to see how much further you’ll grow!

Nothing brings me more joy than seeing a perfectly smoked brisket right in front of me! That beautiful bark, perfectly rendered fat, juicy tenderness, and everything that comes with it. That’s what I live for!

But you know what’s even better? Seeing happy customers!

People take time out of their day and spend their hard-earned money to experience our barbecue. I don’t take that lightly. Every brisket I smoke, every slice I serve, and every plate that goes out represents my passion and dedication to this craft.

I take pride in what I do because I genuinely LOVE doing it. I can’t imagine anything better than sharing my passion for barbecue with y’all!
