Because of the paving in front of our store we will be closing at 10am today! Hopefully they’ll be done and we will be good for tomorrow! It looks amazing and they’re working fast but it’s made for a slower day😭

Together we make a difference🥳 SO thankful for the crew at Deko’s Kutz, the talented photographer Megan Elizabeth Hall, the face painting pro our store manager at our Ellsworth location Rylee Anderson and last but definitely not least the incredible baloon artists And David Rae! These selfless Individuals and businesses volunteered their time to our foster care event and made it the best one to date🥳 it’s the small businesses that always show up say yes and strive to make a difference so pay attention those who do and make sure to support them💯👏 What an incredible event it was and I’m SO blessed to have the village that always says yes to all my ideas no matter how crazy they are when they involve children and making their lives richer🤩🙌 Being not only a business owner by day but a foster parent for 5 years now and probably forever nothing gives me more fulfillment in life than seeing those smiles when you make their days better! Look at these adorable little models if they don’t put a smile on your face I don’t know what will😇😍 The one with me and my daughter I’ll cherish forever she was gods greatest gift to us! Folks go see Deko and crew for the best barber shop in town hands down and the ones who truly make the community better👏

🎉 What a Fun Day at the Annual Knowlton Park Family Fun Day! 💙

Our Annual Knowlton Park Family Fun Day that was held on July 21, 2026, for foster, adoptive, and kinship families was an incredible success! This special event is our way of celebrating and thanking the amazing caregivers who open their hearts and homes to children every day. Your dedication, compassion, and commitment truly changes lives.

A heartfelt thank you to Jayme Grandmaison, owner of Ellsworth Nutrition and Bucksport Nutrition, for coordinating with the talented Barber DEKO of Deko’s Kutz to provide fresh, stylish haircuts for children and caregivers alike. It was a huge hit!

Community partners including Healthy Acadia, Job Corps, A Family for ME, The Resource Parent Care Team, and AMHC connected with families by sharing valuable resources and support. We also appreciate the members of DHHS District 7, including Jill Hunter, Manager of Field Operations, and Director Bobbi Johnson, for joining us and showing their support for our foster, adoptive, and kinship families.

Most importantly, thank you to every business, organization, volunteer, and donor who helped make this event possible. Your generosity created a day filled with smiles, laughter, connection, and lasting memories.

What an AMAZING write up in the local paper about us🥳🙌 We were honored to have been chosen for this editions business highlight section and she described our shop perfectly💯 We are known for the one stop shop and our customer service that sets us apart!👏 To anyone unfamiliar Emily Fitzgerald started this volunteer service a a few years ago but really took the bull by the horns after we lost our local paper to fill the much needed void and keep residents informed on resources and events and it’s an AMAZING asset to our town! She’ll be dropping some off at the shop so please take a look next time you’re in for breakfast or coffee it’s a good read for sure!
Also a HUGE thank you to all our amazing customers that have kept us so busy this summer! We were able to hire 6 new girls at this location alone and you all have been so patient with them as they have learned the ropes in the busy tourist season! We are VERY fortunate to have such an amazing following for the past 4 years we couldn’t have made it this long without you all so THANK YOU🙏 I’ll be whipping up some fresh dill pickle pasta salad first thing tomorrow as it’s our biggest request lately and we can’t keep it stocked because it’s THAT good💯 If you’ve never tried it’s a MUST! I make it myself in house with fresh dill along with other fresh ingredients! It pairs VERY well with our very famous paninis that are freshly made to order and fully customizable to your liking. Anyone who has had our bacon me crazy panini or our spicy breakfast bagel can attest why they’re so popular🫢🤣 Wash it down with one of our MANY specialty lattes like you’ve never had before🤩 Stop in 7-12 Mon-Friday or 8-1 Sat&Sun and have us make you something wholesome and filling without feeling bogged down or guilty! Happy Monday friends! People have been living their free pup🐶 cups for their 4 legged friends and it makes our heart happy💯 We hope you enjoyed your weekend with all the fun festivities around town we started ours by stopping K Designs, Home & Gift and snagged up some amazing dip mixes and we SO happy we did the only regret is ONLY buying 5🤭🤯 If you’ve not been in there yet you definitely need to!👌 They have a huge array of cool, unique items! Than we made our way downtown Saturday to enjoy the 250th festival that we sponsored and what a fun thing for all ages! Our daughter said the face painting booth was her favorite and they did an AMAZING job👏 Than we got dinner at Lucy Q’s food truck to end our adventures day! That did NOT disappoint🧐 What an awesome thing to have these festivities in our own backyard for all to enjoy! Happy 4th of July! We are OPEN until 1pm Gracie and Addison there to start your holiday off on the right foot! What’s more patriotic than the Blue Angels Airman show we saw at Cocoa Beach in Florida on vacation! We at Bucksport Nutrition want to congratulate this amazing team especially our very own Brie Rotella on winning the regional class C championship🥳 We will all be rooting for you Saturday at the State championship! You make your town very proud go get em girls💪🏻 Also huge congrats to coach of the year Rich Rotella it’s no surprise you were nominated for that award just watching you at the games light up and make sure those girls know how proud you are of them! Bucksport is very lucky to have you💯🙌 I’d not be surprised if that dance you did when Addison got a triple will be one the kids start doing on tik tok🤣

Hello Bucksport! Starting tomorrow we will be OPEN 7am-12pm (Mon-Fri) and 8am-1pm (Sat&Sun) and if we stay busy until than we will start closing later🥳 It was a LONG winter BUT the busy season has arrived early and I want to thank everyone for being SO amazing and patient with all of our new hires while they learn to master their roles and provide you with exceptional customer service🙌 You have showed up and showed out this past 2 weeks and we couldn’t be more grateful!🫶 If you’ve not tried any of our amazing breakfast or lunch options I HIGHLY recommend you do! Word on the street we have the best breakfast sandwiches around and no one will match our freshly made to order paninis💯🧐 We make all of our stuff to order so it’s fresh! If you’re in a rush just order on our app, or call ahead and your order will be ready when you arrive! We will see you bright and early tomorrow let’s all get through this last week of school for the kiddos one tea at a time🤣
