Cakes are not my speciality but if you ask, I will do it for you. Everything I do is from scratch. The cake, the Swiss meringue icing, the marshmallow fondant, and all. Working with Swiss meringue will humble you lol. I am trying to figure out how to decorate with it. I love it, because it's light and not as sweet as a normal American buttercream!
So this was a mockup to the real thing for a special baby shower 🩵.
