Come join our family!!
We are looking to fill a couple of positions.

We would love to move our hard working icecream counter girls up to servers which means we are looking to fill those positions. If you are looking to make some extra cash or know someone that is young and needs a first time job this is a perfect opportunity. Mostly evening and weekends.

We are also looking to fill a server/ bartender position. No experience necessary but must be dependable, good with people, able to multitask, quick learner. Willing to train the right person.

There are times as a small business owner you wonder why you continue to keep going. Especially in the restaurant industry with countless hours, on going staffing struggles, price increases etc…… but then it’s the comments, support, love and loyalty from your customers that have became friends and family that remind why you get up everyday and continue to do what you do.
I can’t thank you all enough for your words, support, love and 5 star reviews on google to counteract this gentleman’s behavior. I love all of you and so thankful to be in the little town of Buchanan Va.

I try real hard not to let reviews bother me but this one has really got me. This guy gives us a 1 star review because of a problem he has with the town. He has blocked me from responding on the google page because I did on his last review and he took it down. I explained to him that I was sorry he had this problem with the town but that I would not be able to serve water if mine were contaminated. That not to review on my page. I also let him know that we have filters throughout our building not just on our water lines but also on our ice machine, drink machine, and tea urns.

Why would you want to attack a restaurant if your problem is with the town for one. Second why are people this cruel to begin with???

It’s Tuesday and y’all know what that means!! Time to highlight one of our employees in our Did you know…. Did you know our server Sophia has been with us off and on for over 2 years. She has grown so much is that 2 years. Sophia is not only a server but is one our bartenders in training. She is learning the difference between craft and domestic beer, how to make the perfect cocktail and so much more. Sophia is a young mother of 2 precious little boys. Make sure you are super sweet to miss Sophia the next time you come in for a bite to eat.
