Figured it was time to bring back one of Ron Neill’s more successful concoctions.
From 2007, originally named The Volcano burger utilizing a sauce I had come up with deemed “srirancha,” we sold so many that we grew tired of making them. Then we’d taste one and admit that it was fantastic.
I renamed it The Tail of the Dragon the next year, so I don’t feel too bad about plagiarizing myself…
It was resurrected onto Big Laurel’s menu in 2021 as the Inferno and continues its acclaim to this day!

Tuesday Night Cruze tomorrow night.

2 start options:
5:30pm from Innovation Station in Dillsboro. Ride to Sylva to pick up those at the shop. Then back to Inno Dillsboro.
6pm from Motion Makers Bicycles Sylva then ride to Inno Dillsboro.

Hang out at Inno Dillsboro for food and drink. NA beverages available.
