Thank you for the love for Different Dough and our competition. A big thing to remember is all of this is possible because of you guys and my team. They kept the store running, they made the dough and sauce. I just made a pizza. I appreciate everyone and I hope to continue to make better pizzas and to be around for a really long time in the community we are building

Day 2 of competitions is complete! We couldn't live stream because of connectivity issues in the convention. Yesterday we competed in the Traditional NY divison and today we competed in the Best Pepperoni Slice division!

While I am here, the store has been running like a machine! Shoutout to my team and lets make them work hard tonight since it's the last night without me for a while!

Pink shirts, pink hair, and pink for breast cancer awareness!

We are part of the passport this year to raise awareness for breast health. You come in and eat, we give you a passport, you support other businesses in the passport, and finally, turn it in and be entered in to win a spa package!

Must be 21+ to enter. We are limited to putting stickers to the passport. We share no affiliation with any of the prizes or how the winner is picked

I get asked a lot about our name: Different Dough Pizza Co. Mainly asked what the secret ingredient is or what makes it different.

I would love to tell you the dough has some super secret ingredient that no one knows about, but I dont. We use a lot of control to develop favor.

We measure humidity daily, temperature daily. Moving the dough in the fridge, out of the fridge, in a different fridge, etc. To make sure the dough is exactly where we want it to be when it is time to make pizzas!

We are thinking about keeping basil pesto around full time. We bought a piece of equipment that cuts down how long it takes to make it significantly. Should it be an optional topping for all pizzas? If so, what would you add it to?
