Well 2 nights ago I got a foster kitten and this little guy has to eat every 2-3 hours. So I’ve been running on very little sleep. So when you are awake late at night…. BAKE! 🤣

I have another Salted Caramel Pecan cookie pie and a new flavor, Snickers Gone Wild! I’ll reveal the delicious inside tomorrow after it sets (And I try to get a few short naps in 😴) so keep watching!

Yup, it’s like a pecan pie, caramel blondie, and a cookie had a baby. 😆

Golden pecan cookie on the outside, stuffed with mini pecan pies, gooey salted caramel, and chunks of caramel cookies. 🤤😍

I have never known true struggle… until now.

I just baked the cookie pie and it’s fresh out of the oven, smelling like absolute heaven… and I can’t eat it.

Not only does it have to cool… I have to put it in the fridge for like FIVE HOURS to set before I can cut it.

Five. Hours. 🫠

So now I’m just sitting here, staring at it like:
👁️👄👁️

This is emotional damage.
