Another Taco Casa Bryan progress report. 👀

This week, we lit the place back up. 💡

ABC Electrical came out and replaced all of our exterior wall pack lights around the building. (Except those two above the drive thru; we were busy! 😅)

This probably isn’t the kind of upgrade anybody is going to get overly excited about. 😂

But it’s exactly the kind of stuff we’re talking about when we say we’re working our way through this building.

Better lighting. A brighter parking lot. A building that looks cared for when you pull up at night.

Since taking over, we’ve been tackling the big things, the little things, and a whole bunch of things that probably should’ve been handled a long time ago.

Doors. Equipment. Technology. Cleaning. Lighting. Operations. One thing at a time.

We’re nowhere near finished.

But drive by Taco Casa Bryan tonight and take a look. She’s starting to shine again. ❤️🌮

Big thank you to ABC Electrical for getting us taken care of!

What should we tackle next? 👀

🚨 WE FINALLY DID IT. 🚨

TAP TO PAY IS NOW AT TACO CASA BRYAN! 📱🌮

Apple Pay. Google Pay. Tap your card. Tap your phone. Tap your watch.

We bought two new terminals and they’re officially up and running!

Was it a little silly that you could come through our drive-thru in 2026 and still have to pull out an actual card?

Yes. Yes it was. 😂

But hey…

Taco Casa Bryan got Tap to Pay before GTA 6. 🏆

Another improvement checked off the list. Plenty more to come.

What should we fix, add, or upgrade next? 👀

We’re listening.

Bryan, seriously, thank y’all. 🧡

We’ve felt the support.

We’re busier. The drive-thru is moving more cars. We’re seeing more people in the dining room. We’re seeing familiar faces come back, and a lot of new ones too.

That means a lot to me.

Since taking over, I’ve tried to be careful about not changing everything overnight. We’ve got a crew here that’s been working hard, and I wanted to give them time to learn the new expectations, adjust, and grow with us.

Now we’re at the point where we need more people.

So yes, we’re hiring.

If you’re looking for work, or you know somebody who is dependable, works hard, and wants an opportunity to grow, come by Taco Casa Bryan and apply in person starting Tuesday September 1st.

And keep an eye on this page, because I’m going to be sharing more about what working here is going to look like, how we’re developing our team, and the opportunities we want to create for the people who choose to grow with us.

We’ve got a lot happening this week too.

📱 Tap to Pay update is coming.
🌮 More improvements are happening around the store.
📣 More announcements are coming.

We’re not where I want us to be yet, but we’re moving in the right direction, and a huge part of that is because y’all have continued to show up for us.

Thank you for eating with us.
Thank you for sharing our posts.
Thank you for giving us feedback.
Thank you for telling people to give us a try.

We appreciate you more than you know.

We’re building something good here.
