Prior to the restaurant's opening, Bryan native Christopher Lampo spent several years traveling the globe as a private yacht chef. Cooking throughout Europe, the Americas, Australia, and the South Pacific provided Chef Christopher an extraordinary experience learning to prepare international cuisine. After preparing meals for the likes of Michael Douglas, Mick Jagger, Robert De Niro, Denzel Washington, Yoko Ono, and Ivana Trump, Chef Christopher brought the recipes and culinary traditions he gleaned during his travels back home to Texas. Located in the historic Andrews House, a 1913 former ranch home on the north side of town, Christopher's provides a charming and sophisticated New Orleans aesthetic.
