After much consideration and a great deal of soul-searching we have made the heartbreaking decision to suspend operations at Saints & Sinners Cafe effective immediately. We want to thank those of you who supported us and mere words cannot express our love and appreciation for those who provided so much positive feedback about their experience in our little restaurant.
This was something we wanted to do for quite some time and originally wanted to open in the Houston area. We opted to stay in BCS to try to bring a little of the Houston Height/Dallas Greenville vibe to Bryan. We poured a lot of energy and resources into this idea for 2 years prior to opening. We overcame multiple setbacks with the facility, staffing, and personal obstacles along the way. We met some fantastic people who made this effort worthwhile. But despite careful planning, hard work and applying a lot of grit and determination, we just could not gain enough momentum to sustain the business.
If we find a path forward we will let you know! Until then we wish everyone the best and hope you will always shop local first!
