We had such a great time hosting an intermediate sushi class for our guests!

From making perfect sushi rice to crafting dashi stock for miso soup, guests dove into the art of rolled sushi, nigiri, and hand rolls, it was a truly hands on experience packed with knowledge and appreciation for this edible art form.
