Spent part of the day teaching the next generation of pizza makers everything they need to know about pizza. The arcade games might have distracted them a bit, but it was an awesome group of kids who made some pretty impressive pizzas. Brunch Pies! Serving these bad boys up every Saturday and Sunday 9-12 at all 3 stores!

I always say if I had 2 pizzas to win someone over, I would give them a classic pep and a Brunch Pie.

Opening at 9:00 on Saturday and Sunday to sell pizza is a crazy idea until you realize that it might be the best / easiest / most affordable way to get breakfast / brunch for your family. Then after you try the combination of the everything crust, party sauce (our cream cheese based white sauce), scrambled eggs, cheese blend, and toppings you realize that it’s perfect breakfast harmony.

My personal favorites: Sausage & Peppers and The Uncle Tony + bacon (honorable mention - Bodega + potato)

Fair warning - once you try Brunch Pies, you’ll need them every weekend. See you soon for a pie!

4TH OF JULY WEEKEND STUFF!

First - All stores close at 8:00 on the 4th. Normal hours the rest of the weekend.

Most importantly - HOT DOG PIES ARE BACK!

Ballpark - cheese blend, ballpark mustard spiral, all beef dogs, and ketchup and onion on the side so you can build each piece like you do your dogs at a game.

Coney - cheese blend, thin yellow mustard spiral, chili (hot dog sauce), all beef dogs, cheddar after the bake, and onions on the side.

Medium only, $20, and available at all stores July 3-5! A whole weekend of hot dog pies (or hot chicken pies depending on your mood).

THE BURNING RIVER HOT CHICKEN IS BACK!

This one has probably been the most requested of our older Nick’s Picks to make a comeback, so now everyone can celebrate with a bunch of pizza.

Cheese blend, hot chicken, pickles, and ranch and slaw on the side. Available starting right now at all stores, in all sizes, and both vegan and vegetarian (no slaw with the vegan one - sorry!)

Flamingo day in Parma today and the crew is ready in their Ohio Pie Flamingo tees (tees sold out - sorry!). Happy Father’s Day to all the dads!

This is my dad Kyle. He’s been our egg man (he’s in charge of making all of the scrambled eggs for brunch pies in Brunswick every week), cookie / pop runner, and biggest supporter since the Brunswick shop opened in 2019.

I’ve had a lot of dumb ideas over the years that have somehow mostly worked out. Likely because I’ve always had this guy in my corner. For the record officially though - he thought opening Ohio Pie was a bad idea… (thanks to all of you for helping me prove him wrong on that).

Your dad absolutely wants pizza, and if they aren’t around anymore, I’m sure they would have wanted you to be as happy as possible while remembering them today, and pizza likely helps with that too…

Shops are open and ready to feed your dads all the way until 10 PM! See you soon for a pie!

Spicy Pickle Pie is available until the end of the month - all sizes, all stores, and can be made vegan / vegetarian!

BREAKFAST FOR DINNER! TOMORROW! THIRD THURSDAY! The third Thursday of the month is here and that means you can enjoy Brunch Pies at all 3 stores starting at 4:00. Yes the full normal menu is also available.

Make your plans, get the Sausage & Peppers, live a little. Hopefully none of you have a hard time waking up for this like you might on the weekends… (yeah we know 9AM is early for pizza - until you try a Brunch Pie…)
