Something old and Something new. Our lazy mussels have been on the menu since day one. Cooked with sour beer, ginger, lemongrass and garlic, and topped with a sour beer foam. New to the menu is a grilled squid salad with arugula, grilled zucchini, calabrian chili, tomatoes and fennel, dressed with aged sherry vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Light, and a little spicy.
