Hi! A lot of people have been asking me what the deal is with the pizza pop-ups, so let me explain the basics:
Thursday and Friday evenings we host regular sit down dinner service featuring individual thin crust pizzas, beer, wine, and craft cocktails with a frequently changing menu. We have limited takeout available on Thursday nights, but the intent is to create a welcoming space in Downtown Brunswick for people to get together, enjoy some awesome food and have fun.
We very strongly encourage reservations, as our dining room is pretty small and our kitchen even smaller. Takeout ordering is preorder. People have asked if/when we are going to add more nights and takeout, and the answer is probably not. The idea is to try something a little different and help bring some night life back to town. A sincere thank you to everyone that has come in so far!
