The Hoot week is loading! 👉👉👉 The team has worked up a new special—a loaded sweet and smoky brisket burnt end sandwich. Y’all aren’t gonna want to miss this one! And a new burger, perfectly matched to a side of our famous jambalaya. Changing up the turkey sandwich this week as we FINALLY get a break from heat, with some smoked apple chutney to celebrate fall. And a classic fav for our house grind this week.

DON’T MISS—open mic on Thursday, our friends Blossomin’ Bone on Friday, and bring the fam for all of our Sunday specials while enjoying the sweet tunes of Uncle Dave Griffin. The porch is the perfect place to enjoy some nice weather!

Also reloading—black pepper 100% brisket jerky! No preservatives, just all our Hoot goodness. It sold out last time!

Well, we sure felt the love yesterday—y’all sold us out of pretty much everything! The smokers started a little extra early today to make sure you can grab your favorites. Pork Twinkies this week served with our spicy peach barbecue sauce—they go fast! And the candied pepper bacon burgers will stay in the rotation, we promise. Don’t forget you can pre-order for your game day viewing parties or if you just don’t want to cook!

Y’all have been waiting to see what the Hoot has planned for you this week so 👉👉👉! Pork Banh Mis with pork belly burnt ends, candied bacon on our house-made 100% brisket burger, a classic Italian sausage, and come try to the new smoked caramel apple cheesecake for fall (even though it’s still in the 90s—ugh). Open Mic is ON tomorrow night and Uncle Dave is always a good time—find him this Friday in the porch.

Lots going on Saturday in downtown BQK, including Silver Bluff Brewing Company Oktoberfest and Discover Norwich Cultural Festival. Stop by before or after checking out these great events, and find us at the free screening of the Iron Giant around the corner from the Hoot on Norwich Street Saturday night!

Make your plans because we have all the favs this week! 👉👉👉😎😎😎 Philly cheesesteaks, loaded potatoes (we heard you loud and clear!), and brisket pastrami all weekend long! If you haven’t tried our house ground brisket burger yet, this one’s delish, with pit-smoked bacon and our jalapeño popper spread. And think French onion soup vibes for this week’s grind!

The sausage cart will be on SSI tomorrow with our basics and some cheesesteak sandos, along with our new barbecuterie boxes—featuring our sausages, meat sticks and jerky, house-made spreads, smoked nuts, pickled veg and crackers. All packed up and ready for watching your favorite team, tennis player, feeding the kiddos or make it a date night find! And the team can put them together for you at the Hoot now EVERY DAY!

Open mic is back, and Hollerin’ Bob will be entertaining y’all for Saturday lunch, after you shop downtown Brunswick or participate in the Memorial Climb, which we are proudly sponsoring.

Hootenanny’s is proud to support this important event, benefitting the Brunswick Fire Foundation, which provides support to equip and protect those who serve in one of the most critical public safety functions. Hootenanny’s will be providing a free meal to every participant and volunteer so click on Brunswick Fire Foundation to connect to the sign-up link and take part in this great event at the Glynn County Stadium on September 12th.

Plus the all-time favorite jalapeño cheddar sausage is ready for you to eat in or order on the Toast app (link in bio) if you want us to pack you some for your weekend plans at home. NO OPEN MIC this week, but we’ve got tunes in the porch Friday and Saturday night so stop by on your First Friday ventures or bring the friends and family for a post-Bulldogs dinner.

They say no one needs to know “how the sausage is made,” but here at Hootenanny’s, we are so proud that we had to share! Cold-smoked grinds that change every week, and introducing 100% brisket house-made meat sticks and jerky. Save yourself a trip to Buc-ee’s and support local! This week’s recipes: bacon-cheddar sausage, Korean barbecue meat sticks, and Hoot house original jerky. Limited supplies while we “beef up” our production—let us know what you think!
