I want to thank so many of you for your kind words regarding Joe. I know he meant so much to all of you as he did to me. He was so unique and such a character and also very caring, which is what makes us all miss him so. So once again, I want to thank you for your kind words.
And on another note, some have asked if I will still be doing rolls for Christmas. I had been preparing since Thanksgiving for the holiday. I took this week off to figure how to proceed and at this moment it adds some stability(almost therapeutic)to make rolls in this very surreal new life. So I will be taking new orders until the inventory runs out. Those that placed earlier orders will of course be taken care of.
And again, thank you all so much.

Joseph Victor Scaccia, 78 of Brule, WI died suddenly at his home on Friday, December 8, 2023. Joe was born February 18, 1945 in St. Louis Missouri. He was a proud graduate 1963 and alumni of the Marmion Military Academy in Aurora, IL. Joe was a highly decorated US army
