So this officially wraps up the story of the Hooks dogs. From backyard Hookers living in a dirty kennel to spoiled little princesses in loving homes. 🐾

And by “loving homes,” apparently I mean MY home. 😂

I swear I was going to find this girl the perfect forever family. I really was. But somewhere between rescuing her, watching her learn how to be a dog, and having her follow me around like I’m the greatest thing she’s ever seen… I failed miserably at the whole “foster” thing.

I wanted to name her Birdie. Jack wanted Patch. So I compromised and named her Patch. Apparently that’s how compromise works at our house. 🤣

So it’s official. Patch isn’t going anywhere. She’s mine, I absolutely love her, and I guess Hooks just gained a permanent employee who contributes absolutely nothing and expects free room and board.

Update on the Hooks Dogs! One has officially found her forever home, and I would say she definitely has it made!

Okay, this is a BIG one… Denny finally pulled the plug and is sharing his REUBEN PIZZA!
