WHAT A BEAUTIFUL EVENING OF MUSIC, FELLOWSHIP, AND FAITH.

Thank you to EVERYONE who joined us last night for Acoustic Gospel Night with Dan Northington.

There was something truly special about hearing the room come alive as so many wonderful guests and Grassroots friends sang along to the classic hymns we know and love. Your voices, participation, laughter, and joyful spirit made the evening one we will not soon forget.

A heartfelt thank-you to Dan Northington for sharing his music, faith, and talent with us—and to every person who came through our doors and helped create such a warm and uplifting atmosphere.

Join Melanie Childress at Grassroots Lounge for Coming Home to Your Body—a gentle, trauma-informed, educational, and wellness-focused experience created specifically for women.

This is a space to slow down, breathe, become curious about what your body is communicating, and reconnect with yourself.

Melanie Childress is a wellness educator, movement instructor, herbalist and mindfulness coach with a background that includes 15 years as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. She is also a certified Mindfulness Coach and Stretch Therapist, with additional certifications in several movement and fitness disciplines.

Her approach centers on a simple belief:
Your body is constantly communicating with you—and learning to listen can be a powerful part of your wellness journey.

This Thursday, we’ll pull conversation cards from a bowl and see where the discussion takes us. The questions may be thoughtful, funny, unexpected—or surprisingly curious.
