🐟 A NOTE ABOUT YELLOW LAKE PERCH

To our Field House customers:

Genuine yellow lake perch has become difficult for us to source consistently, and we don’t know when reliable availability will return.

Other fish may be offered as alternatives, but a different species is not the same as yellow lake perch—the Wisconsin fish-fry favorite you know and love.

Our commitment is simple: If we cannot get genuine yellow lake perch that meets our standards, we will tell you it is unavailable. We won’t serve another species under that name.

We know this is disappointing, and we look forward to bringing perch back when we can source it reliably.

Thank you for your patience and for supporting Field House Bar & Grill! ❤️

If we call it yellow lake perch, it’s the real thing.
