We recently got a complaint that our wings were dry, which surprised us because we make our wings fresh to order and DRENCH them in sauce! 🍗🔥

We don’t get complaints about our wings often, but one time they’re “too soggy,” and the next they’re “too dry.” So which is it? 😅 We know everyone likes their wings differently, and we can’t please every preference.

Hot, sauced wings sitting in a closed container for a half-hour ride home—and then sitting until you’re ready to eat—will lose some crispiness. Steam and sauce soften the skin.

If crispy wings are your priority, enjoy them fresh here or ask for your sauce on the side so you can add it right before eating! 🙌

And please, if you’re unhappy with your order, call our business phone at 724-364-7011. I’ll gladly talk with you about your concerns and what we can do to address them. Please don’t send me mean messages over Facebook telling me how terrible our food is. You can let us know something is wrong while still being respectful.

We put a lot of work and pride into our food. All we ask is a chance to discuss an issue respectfully. ❤️

🍕 NEED PIZZA FOR A PARTY? PLEASE CALL EARLY! 🍕

If you need an order ready at a specific time, especially a large order, please give us advance notice. We’re preparing scheduled orders while also taking care of our regular customers. We’re only human, and there’s only so much food we can make at once!

Planning ahead for your party is your responsibility. If you wait until the last minute to call, we may not be able to accommodate your requested time—or we may need an extra half hour to get it done.

Please don’t get mean with our crew over a time slot that’s already full. We want to feed everyone, but we can’t promise time or oven space we don’t have.
