Cinco De Mayo Bar and Grill Restaurant Cinco de Mayo Restaurant came to be by a vision Mr. Perez, owner, had ever since he was working at other restaurants. And so the journey continues…..

He has been in the restaurant business for around 15 years. He always envisioned opening a restaurant of this magnitude, always enjoyed working in every aspect of the restaurant business, from the kitchen up to manager. He worked with a Mexican Restaurant for around 10 years and another Mexican Restaurant for about 3 years and after this -found the opportunity to make his dream a reality- so he decided to start the journey. He had the name for this restaurant since the idea came about- no doubt he would name it “Cinco de Mayo” after a beloved ranch his dad owned- where he has very fond childhood memories.
