I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to our loyal customers for their understanding and cooperation regarding the price changes on our menu. Regrettably, the persistent rise in inflation has resulted in a significant increase in the prices of our main products, including beef fajitas, over the past few months. As a small, family-owned and operated business that has been serving the valley since 2004, we have encountered numerous challenges and difficulties; however, we remain steadfast in our commitment to maintaining our business despite the obstacles posed by recent events. A review of prices at major retailers such as HEB, Sam's, and Walmart reveals that beef fajitas are currently being sold at $8-9 per pound, while meat markets are offering them at $10.99 per pound, with additional costs incurred for sides, charcoal, and time. In light of this, purchasing a parrillada presents a more advantageous and cost-effective option compared to hosting a cookout independently.
