Come see us on Saturdays!

Brownsburg’s Saturday chicken line is becoming a weekend tradition. Chicken Shak started with a tent and a handful of Saturdays. Now, customers line up at U.S. 136 and Thorne Drive for charcoal-grilled chicken quarters — and some travel for miles to get them.
