A lot of big chains rely on massive distributors like Sysco that push pre-manufactured, heat-and-serve food. That’s not how we do things here.

That means real ingredients, real cooking, and a kitchen that actually makes your meal instead of opening a box.
“Why don’t you have a sampler appetizer?” Because we hand bread the mushrooms, onion rings, pickles and chicken tenders! We don’t just grab stuff out of the freezer and drop it in the fryer. My fry guy would not be happy with me if I asked him to “make 2 of this and 4 of that”. Nope! Not doing that!
