We love when our family and local celebs stop by Ton’s. Here’s Yvette Girouard, softball coach extraordinaire and patron saint of female softball players & athletes in LA & the USA. She’s holding a picture of her mother, Rose Mary Girouard who founded with her husband, Alton in 1963. Yvette is pictured with Ursula Quoyeser & Donna Delahoussaye, who have also been local leaders and roll models for female athletes for many years! Ursula will be featured on CBS National News at 7:40AM, 8:40AM, and 10:40AM CT on Monday July 20. Tune in to hear about her story and fight against ALS. Thank you ladies! We love ya tons 💚

Please help us celebrate Ms Laura Williams as she reaches her 50th year of service to Ton’s Drive In. She is woven into the fabric of what makes Ton’s special. Ms Laura taught me and many others how to, not only work one of the craziest grills in Acadiana, but she taught us how to respect our jobs, to take pride in ourselves, and in the work that we do. Ms Laura is the perfect example of dedication, love and leadership. Thank you for blessing us with your presence for the last 50 years. If you’ve had a Ton’s burger, sliced brisket, or any PoBoy from us in the last half century, Ms Laura probably made it with all the care in her tiny being. We love and appreciate you so very much.
