A fan favorite doesn’t just magically appear. Our Reuben’s begin days, weeks in advance, with the preparation of the best ingredients:

🥩 Gold Canyon angus brisket
🍲 House-made brine

Two weeks, and 4-6 hours later, we cut, weigh, and portion each Reuben’s serving of corned beef. So every sandwich and every bite is perfect 👌🏻
