Welcome to The Bamboo Skewer food cart. We specialize in fresh fire grilled skewers known in Japan known as YAKITORI. Our mouthwatering skewers are fire grilled and topped with our house made yakitori bbq sauce, a sweet and savory sauce that started it all. We serve it all up with an array of tasty, scratch made side dishes like WASABI CRUNCHY SLAW and PANKO CRUSTED ONION RINGS. We are a family bu
