Happy Fatherβs Day to Marc: the palate and heart behind PokeβEm. Heβs the owner, chef, sauce maker, early riser, and the reason so many of our customers keep coming back.
While you may only see us for a few hours during service, just know that Marc has usually been awake since 3 or 4 AM prepping ingredients, making sauces from scratch, and getting everything ready before the truck even opens.
Who wouldβve thought a programmer would become a chef, business owner, and successful entrepreneur? Years ago, we told him he should open his own food truck, and weβre so thankful he took that leap.
Not only is he an incredible chef, but heβs also an amazing father and husbandβ¦ even if he fires me from the truck during almost every service. π Jokes on him, I'm the owner too π
Our signature PokeβEm sauce has become a customer favorite, paired with fresh vegetables, mango, pineapple, and quality ingredients. Our bowls are gluten-free, fresh, and packed with a balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fats.
