QUESILLO DE COCO: 👩🏻‍🍳🌺

* 1 lata de leche condensada.
* 1 taza de leche de coco.
* 6 huevos.
* 1 taza de coco rallado.
* 1 taza de azúcar para hacer el caramelo.
* 1 molde para quesillo o bandeja redonda de 15 a 18 ctm de diámetro.

Preparación:

Mezclar en un recipiente los huevos batidos con la leche de coco, la leche condensada y el coco rallado.

Verter el azúcar en el molde y derretir a fuego medio para que resulte un caramelo ni dejen pasar por qué se pondrá amargo.

Ya listo cubrir el fondo del molde y dejar enfriar.

Verter la mezcla en el molde sobre el caramelo, tapar y cocinar a baño de María por una hora o hasta que cuaje.

Dejar enfriar para desmoldar y adornar con tiras de coco si es de su gusto.

Nota: esta receta es bien rica y la leche de coco pueden hacerla de manera casera:
simplemente licua 1 taza de agua caliente con un coco pelado y cortado chiquito y luego cuela bien por un cenidor.
