🌿 Introducing Rooted Relief Salve 🌿

This salve was thoughtfully crafted to help soothe sore, achy muscles and joints and calm the body’s inflammatory response. I chose each herb for a reason:

🌼 Arnica contains compounds such as helenalin, traditionally used topically to soothe inflammation and overworked, achy muscles.

🌼 Calendula is a gentle, skin-loving herb traditionally used to calm inflammation and ease soreness.

🌶️ Cayenne contains capsaicin, which creates that warming sensation and may help quiet pain signaling through the nerve endings.

🌿 Frankincense, derived from the Boswellia tree resin, contains boswellic acids that have been studied for their ability to support a healthy inflammatory response and ease stiffness.

I also added jojoba oil and vitamin E to nourish and comfort the skin.

I especially love using this after a workout when my muscles need a little extra TLC. I’ve found that reapplying every 3–4 hours as needed gives me the best experience. 🔥🌿

🚨Because this contains arnica and cayenne, for external use only — never ingest, and keep away from eyes, mouth, cuts, sores, and open wounds.
