🍎 Caramel Apple Pie
Homemade vanilla ice cream with from-scratch streusel, homemade apple pie filling (yes, we literally peel and cut the apples ourselves), and a generous drizzle of salted caramel. It’s every bit as delicious as it looks.
👻 Monster Mash
The fun one! Naturally dyed green and loaded with all the best “junk”: marshmallows, Oreos, and gummy worms. It’s a spooky, gooey treat in every bite.
🥓 Maple Bacon Brittle
Our house-made bacon brittle—made with maple pepper bacon from Hart’s Meat Market—folded into delightful maple ice cream. And yes, that’s real maple syrup from our pals in upstate New York. It’s the real deal.

Who could say no to loads of our homemade butterscotch?
🥃 Brown Butter Bourbon with Grandma’s Molasses Cookies
Our from-scratch brown butter bourbon sauce, topped with Grandma’s homemade molasses cookies. That’s right—this is my 92-year-old grandmother’s recipe, passed down from her mama. A true Brooksville original, lovingly handmade by bread box baker and tossed into our bourbon ice cream.
