Whew, it's been a long week and Uncle Sam wanted to visit with the great guys at China 8 at the north end of town! Not only are they some of the best cooks around, including for alpha gal or gluten free, but they recently became naturalized citizens!! We are so proud of them and Uncle Sam was delighted to meet these hardworking fellows!!

We'll be posting parts of his visits around town every day, and if you want to meet him, and get a photo with him, then come down to the Community Building July 4th, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM! Hope to see you there!
