Le P’tit Chenin is back and it’s our Wine of the Week! Fresh and zippy, this organic Loire Valley wine has the mineral edge you expect, with a pleasant tart zing. It pairs excellently with most foods—even spicy and salty ones—but has enough body and interest to be excellent for sipping by itself. A heftier white, this guy is nothing like the standard Sauv Blancs you run into at BBQs. Hints of pear, citrus, and honey. Stop by and have a try!
