Some news: we’re baaaaaack.

We’ve been busy putting the finishing touches on our new dining room, finalizing a new tasting menu, developing thoughtful tea + water pairings, and building our very own fermentation lab.

Come see what we’ve been up to. Reservations are now open for our 7:15 pm seating (more seatings to come!). To book, please call 646-670-0601 – our team will walk you through availability and next steps.
